Two Men Fight For Their Life After Being Struck In Baltimore Shooting

One man is dead and two are fighting for their lives after being shot overnight in separate shootings in Baltimore, authorities say.

Two victims were found by police patrolling the area of W. Lafayette Avenue and N. Calhoun Street after gunshots rang out around 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 14, according to Baltimore police.

Police say that additional units were requested after locating the victims in the 800 block of N. Calhoun Street.

One of the victims succumbed to his injuries at the scene, and the other was rushed to the hospital where he is listed in serious condition. 

A 23-year-old man was then found in the 3000 block of W. North Avenue around 9:21 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 14 after authorities received reports of another shooting, according to Baltimore police.

The victim was found to have a gunshot wound to his chest and was rushed to a hospital by medics where he is said to be in serious condition. 

Southwest District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2488.
